Growing up in Bristol, Virginia, Trey spent countless weekends just down the road in Damascus, trout fishing, riding horses along the Virginia Creeper Trail, and soaking up every excuse to be outdoors with his father and brother. It's fitting, in hindsight, that Damascus carries the nickname "Trail Town USA." Long before Trey ever thought about opening a business, those trails were already shaping who he'd become.
That love for the outdoors ran right alongside a love for competition. Trey played every sport he could get his hands on growing up: baseball, basketball, football, before going on to run track and cross country at Campbell University.
It was there, in between races, that he found his way into pharmacy school.
Fitness never took a back seat. Years into his career as a pharmacist, Trey still laces up regularly, because he believes the best thing he can do for his patients is practice what he preaches.
Trail Town Fitness grew out of that belief, that movement, time outdoors, and a little dirt on your boots aren't separate from good health. They're the foundation of it. Trey opened Trail Town Fitness to bring that same trail-born energy to this community, one workout at a time.
